Request for Proposal – Plan Development Services
Central Fire District of Santa Cruz County is currently accepting bids for the development of a Long-Range Master Plan (SOC included), followed by a 3 to 5 Year, Customer-Centered Strategic Plan. A detailed RFP with description of needed services is listed at the link below.
All inquiries related to this RFP are to be directed, in writing, to John Walbridge, Fire Chief at firstname.lastname@example.org. All inquiries must be received by 4:00 PM, Pacific Daylight Time, Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Inquiries will be answered via e-mail. Information obtained from any other source is not official and should not be relied upon by respondents.
Submission of Proposal
Submit one signed original, five (5) copies, and an electronic USB flash drive device of the proposal. Mark the original “MASTER COPY”. If discrepancies between two or more copies of the proposal are noted, the Master Copy shall be used as the basis for resolving any discrepancies. All proposals, whether accepted or rejected, shall become the property of the District upon submission.
Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time, on October 29, 2021. Proposals received after this time and date will not be considered. Faxed or electronically submitted proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted to:

All proposals submitted will be reviewed by an evaluation panel. Overall responsiveness to the RFP is an essential factor in the evaluation process. At the completion of the proposal review, top ranking proposers will be asked to provide a presentation and demonstration of services and product, one hour or less in length, to the evaluation panel on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.
