Make a Payment

District fees for plan checks, inspections, incident reports and other services owed to the Central Fire District can be paid online via credit card or e-check with our new “Point and Pay” system. 

In addition to paying online, residents may pay in person during regular business hours at the front desk at either our Administration Headquarters at 930 17th Avenue, Santa Cruz, or the Community Risk Reduction office at 6934 Soquel Drive, Aptos.  (Note: Please call in advance if paying at the Community Risk Reduction office, as they are open to the public by appointment at this time.) Both offices are closed for lunch from 12 PM - 1 PM. 

The Point and Pay system does charge a convenience fee for online payments:

  • Credit and Debit Cards:  2.25% of total payment, with a minimum fee of $2.00.
  • Electronic Checks (ACH):  Flat fee of $1.00 for each payment

The system also includes the option to pay multiple invoices/fees on a single transaction. A receipt of payment and confirmation number will be available to print once fees are paid. For questions regarding this system, please contact our Administration Office at (831) 479-6842.
