Incident reports are filed for every emergency response. Copies are available to those involved in the incident at no charge. Insurance companies and other affected parties will be charged a small fee. Availability of the report varies upon the incident and the investigation of the incident if applicable.
To request a copy of an incident report, please submit a request online through our Incident Report Request form. The form will prompt you to create an account using your name and email to proceed.

You can expect to receive a response regarding your Incident Report Request within two full business days after submitting your request, excluding holidays and weekends. The production of your report may take longer depending on the type of incident, the presence of any non-disclosable or confidential information, or if there is an ongoing investigation related to the incident.
