Notice of Public Hearing
Central Fire District will be holding a Public Hearing at the regular Board Meeting on 12/9/21, regarding Adoption of Ordinance #2021-01, adopting a Board Member Compensation policy for the Central Fire District.
The Central Fire District PROPOSED Ordinance #2021-01 will be available for public inspection at the location, dates and times indicated below, and on our website in our Ordinances.
A PUBLIC HEARING on the proposed Ordinance will be held on the date indicated below, at which time any resident in the Central Fire District may appear and comment on the proposed Ordinance or any item therein. A second reading of the proposed Ordinance will be made at the next regular Board Meeting on January 13, 2022.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, members of the public are encouraged to participate in this meeting remotely. Instructions for attending remotely will be posted with the board meeting agenda on the District website a minimum of 72 hours prior to the hearing. Those attending in person will be required to wear masks, sanitize hands and maintain an appropriate distance of a minimum of 6’ apart.
